Hi there! I'm Maria! I recently joined Wellpets Sittingbourne after relocating to Kent a few months ago. After completing a degree at university, I qualified as a Veterinary nurse in 2021. Before working here, I worked in a small animal and exotics practice in London. I enjoy all aspects of my job and love looking after all animals, but have a soft spot for cats, and find studying their behaviour particularly interesting!' At home I enjoy going for walks and spending time with family and friends. I currently own a crested gecko and snake, but would love to welcome home some cats in the future too!
